What Type of Bug are you experiencing?

Summary
Pretty new to Creative and world building so I’m not sure if this is user error, or an actual bug.
I have a 2 Team map, but the scoreboard isn’t registering the teams.
The Functions, game events, and everything else is functioning normally…… just not the scoreboard.
Is there a setting I missed? A Device I didn’t put down or sure to register it properly?
Any help would be appreciated.

Steps to Reproduce
Place a class selector, have it set to a specific team and to respond on the team spawn pad. Open scoreboard menu and doesn’t show score board.
Using Xbox one and Xbox series X
Expected Result
Teams showing on scoreboard menu.
Observed Result
Teams not showing on scoreboard menu
