Tax Identity Issue, W9 form is not being submitted, constantly gives an error.

I have filled out everything required in the tax interview, when i move forward with the everything towards the last step where i’m required to sign and submit W9, it gives the following error although everything has been entered correctly.

Please review the certification statements above and ensure you have ticked all the checkboxes
Please review / correct the following errors:
Please make sure you have typed your legal name as the beneficial owner of the income
The email address you entered must match the email address linked to the account that you used during the on boarding process.
The “Submit” button will remain greyed out until the above error(s) have been corrected

having the same problem did you every find a solution?

I had this problem too, but I ended up realizing I needed to use the email that I used to make my epic games account, not sure if that helped any.

i have this same issue, dont forget to use the same email address as the one you use for Epic games account.

Did you ever resolve this? I’ve had the same issue since August 24 (and it’s now Sep 29). My email address and name are correct and I’m not using autofill.

My solution was just restarting the entire process, idk what happened

i am stuck in the step where they tell you Epic is going to send you an email with instruction to provide paiment infos , i didn’t receive any mail form epic since yesterday .
