Summary
When hitting a Target Dummy Track that has movement enabled with a headshot, it rarely registers them correctly and giving the headshot multiplier.

Steps to Reproduce
Setup a Target Dummy Track with the movement setting enabled, give it 150hp and give it headshots. I used the Ranger Pistol but issue shows with lots of weapons that I tested.
Expected Result
Target Dummy Track giving correct headshot damage.
Observed Result
Target Dummy Track only registers body shot damage when hit by headshots. Rarely registers actual headshot damage.
If the Target Dummy Track is not moving, the headshot damage gets registered much more consistent.
Sidenote: The regular Target Dummy Device doen’t register headshots perfectly as well, but register headshots much more consistent than the Target Dummy Track.

Picture 1 shows the height at where I aim. The target dummy track is set to move and I aim at the end where it stops for a bit to hit it with headshots.
