Summary
Talisman referenced content materials broken in UEFN editor viewport after v40.30, but render correctly in-game.
After the v40.30 update, the Epic-authored Talisman referenced content appears black / untextured / broken in the UEFN editor viewport. However, when launching into game/session, the textures/materials appear to load correctly.
This makes it very difficult to continue development because lighting, set dressing, art review, and environment polish cannot be judged accurately in the editor. The affected content is referenced content, so I cannot directly edit or repair the materials.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open UEFN after the v40.30 update.
- Create a new project using the Talisman starter project.
- Open the generated Talisman scene in the editor.
- Observe that many referenced content assets appear black / untextured / broken in the editor viewport.
- Launch a game/session from the same project.
- Observe that the same assets render correctly in-game.
Expected Result
Talisman referenced content should render with correct textures/materials in both the UEFN editor viewport and in launched game/session.
Observed Result
In the UEFN editor viewport, many Talisman referenced content assets appear black, untextured, or broken.
In launched game/session, the textures/materials appear to load correctly.
The issue reproduces in a newly created Talisman starter project and also affects my existing island that uses the same Talisman referenced content.

Additional Notes
This is time-sensitive because my Star Wars island is scheduled for publish, and although the content appears correct in-game, the editor viewport issue makes it very difficult to adjust lighting, art direction, set dressing, and final polish.
