You must receive actual approval from Epic before proceeding with alterations or custom treatments to the Unreal Engine logo.

Actually all you need to do as far as i know is sign the pdf file and send them that pdf file. From the moment you have signed and send them the file you’re already allowed to do custom branding. Only thing being if they eventually don’t like it they can still ask you to remove it.

You still need to get their approval for something like that. You need to send them images of how you intend to use their logo and brand.

Yes, we are totally aware and would never take any liberties with Epic’s brand out of respect. It’s still in conceptualization phase pending approval.

The image in the thread is just WIP concept, that’s why it’s watermarked. Of course we will have Epic’s approval before rolling it into live usage, contact is already initiated, it was just intended to show a concept. I have removed it with help from the mod team to prevent additional misunderstandings, thanks guys. :slight_smile:

We have a second Environment/General seat opening in our art dept due to a bereavement leave. We’re already interviewing several folks for the first seat but this new opening means another chance for a second artist! So if you have some sick skills to show and you want to work with a dedicated, professional team, we’d love to see your reels/portfolios!

Just updated our current positions, we still have seats to fill and the first episode is close to shipping so royalty contracts will potentially lead to paid work on Episode Two.
