The switch device when set to initial state on shows it is off, depending on some settings, it seems to happen whn you use the persistence settings and turn them all on, see video. This happens since 38.00
Also the same issue with a public version of a map. idk why these issues are even a thing like these are older devices that shouldnt bug yet there are so many issues with this type of thing
1. Place down a switch device.
2. In the switch device change setting initial state ON and store state per player YES
3. Make sure there is 2 players in the map, then start the game.
4. End the game
5. Start the game.
6. One of the 2 players will have the visual switch issue where they appear off.
