Support ES3.1, Shader Compile Failed Error.

When I built on Android Platform.
checked : Project Settings - Build - Support OpenGL ES3.1
and I played media resources on UMG.
I saw black panel and only sound was played…
and then, Log was
“LogRHI: Error: Shader compile failed: ERROR: 0:85: ‘samplerExternalOES’ : requires extension GL_OES_EGL_image_external_essl3 to be enabled
ERROR: 1 compilation errors. No code generated.”

How Can I Fix the Error?
My Device is Samsung galaxy s5 lte model and Android v6.0.1

I also have a similar error: LogRHI: Error: Shader compile failed: 0(6) : error C7621: #extension directive must occur before any non-preprocessor token

Original Source is (len 28086) #version 310 es
