I see two possible reasons:
- Disable Light Shafts at the sun;

- ScreenSpaceReflection = 0 -> there will be seams, you need to use Reflection Raytracing https://youtu.be/1K5wdTGA9VU or baked reflections, sphere reflection or box reflection.
