The 360 camera has two stereo modes. They are both unfortunately not perfect.
Standard 360 stereo mod-has a problem with turning the head, but no seams. Before making the final rendering, check whether this method is suitable for you.(
360 experimental Mode-it has the correct stereo when you turn your head, but if objects are close, seams appear.
When rendering the final image, set the Quality Quality(Experimental) - 4096px and make it active for the best image. If you set 2048, the image quality will not be as good.
In Movie render settings - please change Temporal to 3 for test. I think that will be enough.
Hmm… Seams i think Exposure (try Manual for test and (EAV check or Bridgess ) in PostProcess. Or Bloom. Check Vignette = 0.

so standard 360 i want to use more quality and AA , what can i setup to high end quality? in 4096px?
