Supply drop does not activate the Opened Event

Summary

The OpenedEvent on the supply_drop_spawner_device only activates if you .Open through verse, not when the player physically opens it

Steps to Reproduce

Place a supply drop spawner device
Subscribe to a print function
Manually open it

Expected Result

It will successfully print when a player opens it

Observed Result

It only prints when it is exposed to .Open

I should also mention the device ingame also does not activate the opened event when opening the supply drop
