Super noob question about Materials Base Colour

Hi. How do i get the Base Colour node thing that is like (0.0286,0.0478,0.254)

Ps. Why don’t all nodes have their type written on them somewhere?

I believe that is a Constant3Vector

Also you can hold 3 and left click in the workspace as a shortcut.
