is it possible to make such a Realtime Sun-Sky and Cloud-Scene like in this pictures:

Have Someone such Clouds like in this Pictures?

It is possible but haven’t seen anything similar done in UE4. Bear in mind that article is 2 years old and we still using out-dated skybox.
