Sun and Sky Position Resets with light bake

I am dipping my toe into the Unreal waters for Archviz. I am creating a scene and I have run into two issues with lighting. My first question is, when I place a sun and sky system in my scene, and position the sun to get a specific shadow view. However, when I hit the build light map, it resorts my sun and sky to a default position and only bakes the view for that predefined sun location, not that location that I set up. Any Thoughts? Second question, when I use the HDRI Backdrop method, I do not see any shadows in either the live preview or the final bake. Thoughts. Thanks for any help anyone could give.
