Suddenly, TwinMotion crashes every time I try to export at 8K.

I've exported renders at 8K for my last few projects.

Last night I tried rendering a new project at 8K. It crashes everytime. But it exported everything at 4k perfectly fine.

I tested.

I opened a project that I successfully exported at 8k two weeks ago. It crashes now when I try to export at 8k.

If I create a new file with nothing in it but the starting objects, that also crashes if I try to export at 8k.

So it seems like it's just all of a sudden incapable of exporting at 8k. Has nothing to do with the project i'm trying to export.

Anyone know why this could be and how I could fix it?

Hi ,

The first thing I recommend doing if this issue is still happening is to follow the steps in the Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article to reset Twinmotion back to a default configuration, in case a misconfiguration from a crash is causing the issue.

If the issue still occurs after that, please submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page so our support team can investigate. be sure to include a copy of your Twinmotion.log file (Where to find Twinmotion .log file) as this can provide additional information about what may be happening.

Best,
