Subtexture placement and scale?

I am trying to create a moon texture in the sky dome and am using the tutorial here: [TUTORIAL] Quick Time-of-Day Setup - Community Content, Tools and Tutorials - Unreal Engine Forums
I was able to get the texture in the mesh but I need to be able to change the scale and position for a day night cycle and don’t know what to do next. I’ve looked up many tutorials but none seem to be using the way I’m doing it. Below is what I have currently.
