Substrate Translucency and casting shadows?

I created a Substrate Translucent Material.
I am also using a black and white pattern for full transparency and for full solid surface.

When the light source hits the surface, light should shine through the transparent area.
And the solid one, should block the light and cast shadows.

Issue:
The solid part does not cast shadows.

Question:

  • What am I missing here?
  • Anyone has a Substrate Shader Network perhaps can be shared on blueprintue.com?
