Substrate Reflective surfaces exhibit blue glow artifact when Adaptive GBuffer and the new Lumen Lite are enabled

Summary

When using Substrate Adaptive GBuffer all reflective/metallic materials will have a blue glow artifact. This specifically happens when using the new Lumen Lite or Irradiance Field Gather.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Change Substrate GBuffer format from Bendable GBuffer to Adaptive GBuffer

2.Make a reflective material with a roughness value between 0 and 0.5 and apply it to an object in the level

3.Change the Global illumination Scalability to medium or set r.Lumen.FinalGatherMethod to 0

Expected Result

No artifacts

Observed Result

All reflective materials have artifacts
