Substrate Opaque Material Rough Refraction Breaks With All Non-Directional Lights

What the title says. I have Opaque Material Rough Refraction enabled in the project, and it works… until I bring a light into the scene. The shader effect works perfectly when a directional light is present, but the moment I shine a point/rect/spot light at the asset, the rough refraction effects goes away on any surface that’s within the attenuation radius. I have no idea why it’s behaving this way. Is there a setting that needs to be enabled in the lights to keep it from breaking the effect?

SOLUTION: It’s Mega Lights. If Mega Light is enabled on the light itself, rough refraction breaks. Disabling it fixes the problem.
