Substance material look blurry in unreal

yes but also the color map is too red and the roughness blurry

There are some major differences between the Unreal and Substance PBR shaders, most notable in the Metallic and Roughens maps, so you will always have to compensate either by making your materials more rough than you want in Substance, so that they’ll look good in Unreal, or multiplying your metallic map by about 0.7 I’ve found to work.

As for why you have lower resolution textures, check the compression of your textures, make sure they aren’t forced at a lower texture lod, and make sure your graph is set to output images at a high resolution.

You need to open the things with the Substance icon (forgot which one) and increase the resolution, it’s probably low by default.
