I get this error every time I publish my game. I’ve fixed it a few times by clearing my browsing data and re-signing back into Creator Portal but still a big issue.
So you cleared your browse data and re signed back in. Cant you just go into incognito tab and do it there so your data is alr reset and you gotta sign back in?
Yeah I guess I could, but that’s a broken fix. It’s a 10 step fix and most people won’t know how to fix it, so hopefully they resolve the issue.
Doing it doesnt work for me. Can you pelase explain what data you deleted. was it just the browse history or was it the cookies and all?
Here, here’s my step by step. Might be weird, but it worked 10+ times for me.
- Launch Creator Portal
- Submit Recent Map Version
- Get Bug
- Clear All History (i did data, you can do cookies too)
- Close Web Browser
- Reopen Web Browser
- Go to Creator Portal
- Sign In
- Repost and it should work.

But how is it signing you out?? Its not signing me out unless I do cookies

Sorry I just tried this and it doesnt work. What browser are you using and what is your island code? I feel like you are lying @eatyoushay

@dystinct @eatyoushay I try to do my first publish with a UEFN map but I have the same error. Private download is OK, but publish step display the same error for me.
I tried to clear my browser cache or open a private browser session but the error message is the same.
By the way, it seems the team creation web interface does not work either. But the “create fortnite portal” is flagged as “beta”, so…
My map is a quick test with landscape and only the Fortnite content so maybe something wrong at validation, but I do not see why and the error message is not very clear…

Just because something doesn’t work for you it doesn’t mean that they’re lying.
Sadly this didn’t work for me but I hope it works for others!

I receive the same error, across multiple projects, both within a team or “No Team”. Also tried multiple browser sessions.

I have this same issue, and I’m just trying to publish it privately so I can give the code to a few of my testers. Very frustrating.
Perhaps you have to be enrolled in the creator program before they will allow you to publish (even privately). I can’t enroll yet, apparently, I get this message
No one can enroll without 21 days played, but thats not what we are after. We can all publish a private code but we cant play with friends. I dont care about publishing public i just wanna use my isalnd with friends in creative but my maps dont even show?!?!?!
Yes, this is frustrating. I have two people ready to test my map and provide feedback, and I can’t give them a code. Hopefully they resolve it soon.
