Hello,
My account (display name: OldCormorant1900) cannot install Unreal Engine. In the Epic Games Launcher, the “Install Engine” button and the “+” next to Engine Versions do nothing. The launcher log shows “LogCommunityPortalOSS: …found 0 entitled apps”. I have already fully uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, cleared the cache, and run it as administrator, with the same result. It looks like the Unreal Engine entitlement was never granted to my account. Could you please add it?
Windows 11, RTX 3090, launcher 1.3.210.

Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the Epic Games Launcher with a new account (OldCormorant1900).
Go to Unreal Engine > Library.
Click “Install Engine” or the “+” next to Engine Versions.
Expected Result
A new engine slot appears so I can install Unreal Engine 5.6.
Observed Result
Nothing happens. Engine Versions stays empty. The launcher log shows “LogCommunityPortalOSS: …found 0 entitled apps”.
