Cannot launch UEFN. Stuck on 94% - Postloading phase.

Steps to Reproduce

Update UEFN, open V28.0

Expected Result

UEFN launches

Observed Result

Hung on 94%

reinstalling windows is a wild sollution though

Yeah…seems like scorched earth isn’t the most rational solution to this problem. There’s got to be a better solution.
