Hey there @SomeAB! That’s definitely an odd one, you’ve done most of the environmental tests I would recommend. I verified the Metahumans redirect is working for my personal account. So let’s see if it’s an account authorization issue. While I don’t know what’s going on behind that redirect, we can definitely see if it’s your account or your device. Do you have another device you could attempt this from? If we can verify it’s an account issue, I may be able to find more information on my side.

Hey there @B1BHO! Welcome to the community! Alright, so if the redirect keeps failing after clearing cache/cookies, another network, different device, etc. , it might be an account specific issue. I’ll reach out to my resources and see what I can find. I don’t have an ETA on responses, but I will keep you both posted!

I have the exact same problem for over a year now as well (Metahuman infinite loop page “Your access to MetaHuman Creator is confirmed. Stand by while we redirect you.”). Tried everything suggested on the forums here, but it didn’t work. Can you please help?
I also contacted the Epic Games support on this issue back in December '2022 (same support link as you provided here, my Request #22204739), but they didn’t help.
This problem has been reported by many users on this forum in different threads since 2021. Now it’s 2023 and I am surprised that Epic still didn’t fix that. Would love to work with Metahuman, but because of this bug, I unfortunately can’t.
@SupportiveEntity I have recently built a new system from scratch. So I already have tested this on 2 different systems. With different installs of OS, old one was Win10 and new one is Win11
Already sent a support email, but they replied that its not an issue covered under it (which made me go WTH?)
I’m pretty sure, its a account specific issue.
I want to suggest that there be a standard way to ‘Logout’ or ‘Detach’ or ‘Remove’ Metahuman from our Epic account, so we can try again, and see if it works (i.e, a clean signup)
Re-completing the form did not work, different browsers did not work, different computers did not work, clean windows install did not work…
2 years on and There is NO SOLUTION available online to get out of the loop.
Better off using DAZ, at least the software works.
