Just as a feedback to those reading it later. I didn’t have to fill the form again, I just went to the website and then ‘Launch MetaHumans’. It worked fine for me.

Providing further feedback:
For personal reasons, I had to change the email address of my Epic Games account. I was worried, that it might cause MetaHuman access to break, but thankfully it didn’t.

It’s about to be 2024 and I still can’t get in.
Hey there @DM_WRSTL1! Welcome to the community! After the fix had went through, some users had to completely submit a new form here and clear their cache and cookies for the original site. If that doesn’t work we may have to take another look!

It could be the same bug as was on the forum not long ago. The site on trying to login would spam the API to try and get your credentials (going into a loop) and triggering the dds anti-measures.
No clearing of cache would work either. Had to wait 1 day for epic to fix it themselves.
Ahhh that sounds like there may have been a regression in the previous issue mentioned by Raven. I’ll include that in my report thanks! If I have any information, I’ll let you know here!
‘Ahhh’ Now it’s just back to the original endless loop. One time it actually went through to a 404 error page.
Waiting 2 years doesn’t work.
Clearing cache doesn’t work.
Clicking the link to resubmit the form just brings me back to the ‘accepted/loop’ page.
C’mon, it’s been 2 years.
It used to be the same with answerhub years ago. I only started posting on the forum when Epic reworked it after launching 5.
You can try a different browser. Sometimes firefox doesn’t play nice with auto-logins. Try switching up between chrome, edge and firefox. Maybe one will work.

Could you try visiting http://metahuman.unrealengine.com/logout to logout of the MetaHuman Launcher and log out of unrealengine.com? Then, make sure you’re manually logging into unrealengine.com and metahuman.unrealengine.com with the same account—no saved or stored credentials.
Hopefully this should get you through. Our team has been able to reproduce the looping issue, so we’ll dig into that. It does look like your account has the appropriate settings to be able to access MetaHuman though!

I was able to get in a few times last week, and now I’m back to the infinite loop again! This never ends. Also, I’m DM_Wrstl1 who posted above, but the forum insists on auto-signing me into my games store account on here.
So I was able to get in again by going into My Account and removing both the Quixel and Metahuman apps from my account, and then restarting the engine.
