Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into an Epic Games account and navigate to https://www.unrealengine.com/en-
    US/linux.
  2. The page automatically redirects to https://www.unrealengine.
    com/eulacheck/unreal?state=%2Flinux.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the Unreal Engine EULA text box.
  4. Check the box agreeing to the Terms of Service / EULA.
  5. Click the primary Accept button.

Expected Result

The EULA agreement is registered to the account, the session token is upgraded to a
valid developer bearer token, and the user is redirected to the /linux page with active
download buttons for the Linux engine .zip archives.

Observed Result

The page does not unlock or start a download. It either displays “You accepted the
Unreal® Engine End User License Agreement” with no download links appearing, or
immediately refreshes and loops back to the blank agreement form.

Inspecting the network traffic in Developer Tools shows that GET
https://www.unrealengine.com/api/cosmos/auth returns HTTP 200 with “bearerTokenValid”:
false and “upgradedBearerToken”: false. Consequently, the frontend CosmosButton renders
with an empty link (href: “”), preventing download navigation and failing to register
the agreement in the backend.
