Strong flickering in almost every scene

Hi guys, I need your help. I have some weird flickering problem in 5.1 version it is hard to describe, so I uploaded a video. Please help, what am I missing?

To get things started, what kind of lighting are you using? Lumen? Are you using Virtual Shadow Maps? If so, have you tried disabling VSMs?

Any additional specifics you provide can go a long way in solving your problem!

Do I disable VSMs in project settings or somewhere else?

I am using lumen, I tried to disable VSMs, nothing happens. I tried to remove all lights and than add only directional light and the problem is even worse. Flickering is only on island and the sea, and not on the light house.

unreal starts to crash when I try to edit water texture with this error
