Strong Breaks in Lighting

So I’m having a hard time figuring out what is causing this with my lighting. As you can see from the highlight of the mesh it is not even an issue with regards to lighting being interrupted by the edge of mesh it just gives me a dead stop in the middle of rendering on a mesh.

How lightmap UVs look on this mesh?

That would be UV2 right? Well all the UVs look practically the same.

The odd thing is that I just used the same mesh / material from the Horror Pack which doesn’t have such lighting issues. I’ve been struggling to get proper in-door lighting and I keep getting these weird lighting issues. :confused:
