When trying to enable streaming/World Partition in UEFN The game freezes for a minute and then crashes

And don’t get me wrong the memory on the island is only 56k

Fix the issue so I can enable streaming/World Partition freely

Expected Result

I expect that I can will be able to enable streaming/World Partition freely without the game not crashing

Observed Result

Enabling streaming /World Partition will not crash UEFN
