Strange red shadow reflections with megascans gold surface material

Hi- I’m getting some un-natural red reflections in the megascans gold surface material. I’ve tried tweaking lumen refection quality, pixel samples and other items to try to resolve it without success. Can anyone provide a solution? Thanks!

Gold reflects mostly red light. The red appears to be the areas where the gold is reflecting more gold. As far as I can tell this is physically accurate. Here is a picture of real gold doing the same thing.

To add to that, what is the path-tracer (if you have it available) telling you? It’s the ground truth for UE rendering, and if the path-tracer and lumen mostly match, then it’s likely your material response that isn’t working the way you would like.

Thanks, I didn’t realize this was natural since it looked incorrect!
