I am confident this is not a UE4 specific issue because I see this very brief pixelation or smattering of white artifacts on nearly every single app made for Google Daydream. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this, and if it’s not a faulty phone, if there’s something that can be done to reduce it.
It appears for half a second then goes away, and then randomly appears again 30 seconds, or 4 minutes later depending on the app.
It happens briefly to about 2 to 3 percent of the screen. I think most people wouldn’t even notice it. Sometimes it’s just a few brief pixels. Sometimes it’s a larger smattering, but it’s always very brief, and very small in comparison to the rest of the screen.
