My verdana ttf font looks strange in slate widget. It looks normal in other applications.
I’m using the same styling method as ShooterGame.
But it looks like this:
instead of this:
What could possibly be wrong?
I’m not sure what do you mean by ‘strange’. First font has shadows enabled, second one doesnt so maybe thats the problem? Set text shadow offset to 0,0 to disable it and see if that works for you.
I tried different shadow offset settings but no luck. Letters still look like cuneiform, esp. “X” letters.
It’s not a shadow issue.
