strange distortion

anyone knwos whats happening here? this is a corridor with glass on the right and left, some metalframes. the further i get away from it, the more the perspective seems to go wrong and some kind of second mesh lifts from the original.

That’s refraction. Lower the refraction amount in your glass material or get rid of it all together since it doesnt look like the existence of it would be too noticable here.
