Strange Behavior From Ribbon Emitter Following Bullet

So I want a trail render on my bullet in our game, I made the particle system (it’s pretty default because I stopped early because of this issue) and slapped it on the bullet’s actor. But when I play the game and shoot, this is what happens… Really don’t know what’s going on, does anyone know what could be happening by watching the attached video???

I followed the tutorial in UE4’s documentation that talks about putting a trail on your bullet, as well as other things like a bullet impact VFX and whatnot (I only did the trail part)
