SteamVR Motioncontroller not working after upgrade 4.12

I’m lost. When I upgrade my VR project from 4.11 to 4.12 the VIVE motion controllers does not work. It looks like the controllers are not tracked. When I create a new 4.12 project en quick make a character blueprint, the controllers work fine. I cannot figure out what is causing the problems. It must be something in my own project.
Any ideas ??? please ?

I figured it out. It turns out I was using the unofficial Hydra Plugin. This is causing the problem when I use the SteamVR controllers instead of my hydra controllers.
