Steam: Can't shutdown a "ghost" server

So I’ve been using Steams Developer ID of 480 for almost 2 years now and just discovered a possible new issue.

Normally I shutdown my game and it runs Destroy Server, the server also gets destroyed if I force close.

But after closing one of my recent servers, I go to look for servers and the server is STILL in the list. Restarted the game, Steam and my PC. It still shows up and I’m unable to close it and unable to join it.

What do I do?

Guess it deleted itself after I turned off my PC while I slept last night.

Weird how it didnt destroy it when I restarted twice…
