I swapped blueprint stationary light for blueprint spotlight and once I did it and built lighting it turned out that my light does not lit nearby wall which is a static mesh. Any ideas?

With Blueprint … Light do you mean you have created a custom Blueprint Actor with a Light? Could you please clarify and if not, post your settings of your Stationary Light.
custom blueprint actor, toggleable, stationary:
intensity 750
radius 300
angle 80
shadow bias 0.5
indirect intensity 1.15
roughness 0.08
And you are using inverse falloff I guess right? I would really love to replicate this but for that I would kind of need access to the project. What version are you using?
