Stationary Light not casting Static Shadows

Hi!

I have a Stationary Directional Light which is not casting any Static Shadows and from what I understand this is not whats supposed to happen. I have built lighting with proper lightmass setting and project settings. With a Dynamic range of 0 I was under the impression that it’s supposed to look like as if it was set to Static?

When I build lighting with the Direction Light set to Static I get vastly different and better results. But I still need cascaded shadows for moveable objects and the player character, so this isn’t a solution to the problem.

When I switch it back Stationary and build the lighting again, the static shadows are completely gone.

I’ve seen others have the same problem but no solutions being posted.
