static point lights not lighting scene

I’m having trouble lighting my scene. Using static point lights don’t seem to light the scene correctly, the preview vs the actual light bake are miles apart.

Setting the point light to static doesn’t seem to effect the walls at all. I have some moveable point lights in there which seems to work fine {not turned on in the screen shots}.
The walls have a 2nd uv channel, and are set to use it. Generate UV 's is turned off on the meshes. Even with the point lights cranked up super high I get nothing.
Any help would be great
