Static mesh stops moving during physics simulation


I have run into a weird bug that has left me stuck for about a week now. I have tried many configs, settings, etc. When I apply AddForce in simulatephysics on a static mesh, an atv vehicle here, after 20 seconds of simulating, the meshes stop moving, however the physics is still simulating. Here in the video I am logging the location of the atv mesh, so it has correct location, which is what the VR camera is following, so how can the static mesh not be drawn in correct spot?
