static mesh seems to "shiver" when camera is rotated around it. (video below)

I’m getting a weird “jittery” effect on this static mesh when I rotate around my scene. This only happens at run time, in the viewport it’s smooth as butter.

Can anyone give me a hint as to why this is happening? thanks.

I’m guessing it’s your code actually. What do you have to move the mesh at runtime?

Does it go away if you disable motion blur?

Sorry for the late response, Didn’t realise i had had any responses.

The mesh doesn’t move at all its just 9 instance static meshes rotated to fit together and snapped to a 500x500 grid.
Also motion blur is off in this video.
