Static Mesh Plane Flickering through cine camera actor when moved closer to the object UE4-27

My Static mesh ( A plane exported as an FBX from blender with 1.3 M polygons ) Starts flickering through my cine camera actor, when I move closer to the Mesh from the camera perspective

First I thought that this is a viewport issue
But, found that my video starts fading when the flickering starts through the camera
As a result the output is a blurred image sequence

This worked for me. Just set your nearclip plane lower:

bring up the command console and type r.setNearClipPlane 1
