In 4.5, it’s seemed to have a problem with our static model in Lighting Only view mode. View below
We are using 3ds max 2015 and FBX 2014 to export. We don’t know why few objects don’t have the problem.

We are having this exact same issue. For us it is only happening on one of our master materials. We are doing z-based snow projection so I am wondering if it has anything to do with that. We have no idea what we did to do it. Any insight to this would be awesome. It makes level production a little bit tough for bigger environments because it also doesn’t show up in the sub-level color view mode.

Whoa nvm we found it. Tesselation was activated, but nothing was plugged into it. We had experimented with it and then got rid of it. Hopefully that is the same issue you had.
