Static mesh and shadows popping into render at certain distance. 5.3

I’m experience a major problem and no matter how many colsolve variables or solutions I find online, nothings seems to fix it.

I’ve got trees and foliage popping into the scene at a certain distance and shadows suddenly appearing. I think it’s something to do with Lumen and distance. Please can someone help me extend the region or kill whatever limitation I’m seeing here.

All static mesh is Nanite and LOD 0 with preseved area ticked.
