State UI and Performance and Oculus

By ctrl+shift+comma I noticed that my app is slow.
One of three “state UI’s” is 2.54 ms. (google keeps in secret what “state UI” means)
Totally rendering get the 6.1 ms so I expect 164 fps, but it is much more slow.

I had lower and higher and “unreal” graphical settings in menu, but my slow-mo is not depending on such values.

How to increse the perfomace?

I have pretty powerful computer so it is soft issue.
