Summary
The Stat Creator device displays its HUD correctly for the first players who join the session. However, if additional players join later, they are unable to see the HUD. This issue makes it difficult for new players to track the stats displayed by the Stat Creator device.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a Stat Creator device to your map and configure it to display a stat on the HUD.
Start a session and have the first player join.
Confirm that the HUD is visible for the first player.
Have additional players join the same session.
Check whether the HUD is visible for the new players.
Expected Result
All players, regardless of when they join the session, should see the HUD displayed by the Stat Creator device.
Observed Result
Only the first players who join the session can see the HUD. Players who join later do not see it.
