Stamina is 0 when knocked dbno

Summary

When knocked stamina is 0. It should be 100, like in BR.

Also dodge rolling still does not work unless you are in a private playtest or 1.0 map via creative hub

  1. Set island settings: Teams to Cooperative (so you are on the same team)
  2. place down a damage volume device to damage the player

You get 100 stamina

Sorry, its correctly it should be 0 when knocked, I compared my game to BR. But there is another problem. In BR it takes 2s for stamina to start going up, in UEFN it takes 4s, we need to be able to adjust this / have same as BR

I found the issue exactly now. So Energy Recharge Delay is configurable see image. The problem is the default is bugged.

This is the bug and should be fixed:
Locomotion Preset = Current BR has the incorrect value for Energy Recharge Delay. In BR value 2.0 is used, so it should default to 2.0, not 4.0.
