[STABILITY] New roly poly behavior after Fortnite update

Summary

After the most recent update, I noticed this bug when entering a roly poly ( see video ) it uses incorrect movement type from the start. it should only activate when I press a button.

Expected Result

like before it moves slowly it can enter “heavy” state later

Observed Result

starts in “heavy” state
