SSS for Forward Renderer

Hi there,
I saw the recent Capsaicin & Cream presentation by AMD regarding their subsurface techniques in the Forward Renderer.
It was a bit high-level and didn’t have a lot in the way of implementation.
Does anyone have a material hack that helps to simulate SSS in a Forward Renderer setup?

You can fake it with a bit of fresnel lerping.
