SSAO visible in editor but not when I play

SSAO stops rendering as soon as I play, be it Simulate mode, normal PIE, or a Standalone game.

This^ GIF demonstrates my problem, my current setup is forward rendering with a static sky and a movable directional light. I noticed that when using a stationary sky, SSAO renders in PIE, however I need a static sky.

What am I doing wrong? How can I get SSAO to work all the time?
