[Squid Game] Ddakji items are completely broken

Summary

The size of the vfx spawned on impact when throwing the ddakji item is now way too big, also it no longer does damage.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Grant any one of the Ddakji items to your player
  2. Throw it at another player

Expected Result

The item should do 15 damage on impact, and the impact vfx should be smaller

Observed Result

The item does no damage at all, and the vfx size is bigger than normal

Ddakji still broken. VFX are now correct. Ddakji does’nt give damage.

FORT-949384 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 37.10.
